This is the step where your home becomes your own. Want a larger bedroom? Need to increase bathroom space? Want to add a porch? The time is now. Your Building Consultant can make the modifications to the plan, send it to estimating and find out additional costs of making the change before we continue.


4) Incorporating your Personal Touches


Special touches such as Hardwood floors, custom countertops, and stacked stone fireplaces is what makes your home yours.


5) Determining the Cost


Your Building Consultant will give you the final cost to build your new home once all the final touches have been added and the site improvements have been estimated.


6) Sign The Building Agreement


The price is perfect and you love it. Once you sign the contract the building process begins.


7) Site & Pre-Construction Meetings
